- Diwali Johns Creek Festival of Lights: Come together as a community to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, presented by Macy’s Technology! The Diwali Market will take place at Johns Creek City Hall on Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will feature a large market with a variety of food and retail vendors. Entertainment will occur throughout the event. The entire community is invited to help celebrate the symbolic meaning of Diwali, a “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.” This family-friendly market is a community-organized Diwali event and embraces the cultural diversity of our Johns Creek community.
